The fulfillment of each project is tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Future projects may require a 50% deposit and will be completed in accordance with the approved deliverables outlined in the signed project agreement.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any project once the initial deposit is received. This policy applies to all services and products, including consulting, design, marketing strategy, advertising, and any other offerings. The deposit confirms your commitment to the project and allows us to allocate time and resources effectively.

3. Shipping of Printed Materials and Ad Specialties

Clients are responsible for all shipping costs associated with printed materials, promotional products, and ad specialties. Shipping prices will vary based on the items ordered, quantities, and the destination location. Shipping fees will be quoted prior to shipment and are due upon acceptance.

4. Cancellation of Retainers

Clients may cancel monthly retainer agreements with a minimum of 60 days’ advanced notice. All outstanding fees and invoices must be paid in full prior to the cancellation taking effect. Access to any marketing accounts, websites, or project materials will only be provided once all payments are settled, and no login information will be shared until these conditions are met.

5. Project Modifications and Changes

Any changes to the project scope, deliverables, or timeline must be communicated in writing. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the modifications and will be discussed and agreed upon prior to execution.
