  • Cardholder data is encrypted and never stored on our local systems
  • Our Quickbooks payment system utilizes uses firewall-protected servers to safeguard data and restrict unauthorized network access to protect sensitive data. This helps create a secure barrier between the internal network and external threats, protecting sensitive data.
  • QuickBooks Payments is PCI compliant, which means it adheres to strict security standards for handling credit card information.
  • PCI compliance involves several security measures, including access controls, regular security assessments, and protection of cardholder data. 

Acceptable Use Policy

When using our services and payment systems, you agree not to:

  • Submit fraudulent or unauthorized payment information
  • Use our services for illegal, deceptive, or misleading purposes
  • Violate any local, state, federal, or international laws related to data privacy, commerce, or taxation

We reserve the right to suspend service for violations of this policy.

Payment Processing

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express (subject to a 5% service charge per transaction)
  • ACH Transfers (subject to a 1% service charge per transaction)
  • Corporate Checks

Payments may be made online via invoice links, through QuickBooks, or as directed by our team.
QuickBooks processes transactions securely and deposits funds directly into our business account.

Chargebacks and Refunds

If you believe there is an error in billing, please contact us immediately at web@sileskymarketing.com

  • We will work to resolve any disputes before a chargeback is filed.
  • Refunds, if applicable, are handled on a case-by-case basis and processed within 5 – 10 business days once approved.

User Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or correct your personal information.
  • Request deletion of your information from our records.
